Turn Despair To Hope

HopeDespair-250You can turn despair to hope when you do some very simple things that too few people know about or use.  Even health issues can change dramatically when you do some simple things like mindfulness meditation.

I wasn’t a raving fan of Robin Williams because that kind of humor isn’t really my “thing.” But still, I have been deeply affected by his suicide, I guess because I’m familiar with the kind of pain that can drive a person to want to end their life.

I have been there several times in my life. Things happened each time that stopped me from taking that fateful last step. But for some, like Robin, that extra little push happens where feelings of desperation and hopelessness become the only driving force that is recognized. The will to live gets buried under an avalanche of pain.

So I can’t stop thinking about and praying for all of the people with toes inching closer to that line where there’s no turning back.  I wish everyone knew about the powerful results that come from energy work or just simply focusing on your breath or creating intentions for Light to encircle the problem. Doing those things has created miracles in my life.

My NDE drove me to want to change what I felt inside and that obsession led to many discoveries that have changed my life. And that is what breaks my heart. There are tools and techniques that so few people know about and if they do, they don’t get into the habit of using them to the point where they are effective.

Technology placed around the globe shows that mass consciousness has an effect on all of us. So when any one of us heals our life, or improves our level of happiness and capacity to love others, it means we are able to “hold the balance” for those needing support.

Life has cycles so sometimes you need support and sometimes you can give it.  So when you take advantage of and use some of the simple techniques I talk about on my free webinar and in my writings, you develop abilities that carry you through the challenging times.

What I do works and it is pretty simple once you develop a few skills and habits. I do breath work, create intentions, project Light around them and then I use my TFS Formula as a framework to monitor where my energy is focused.

No matter what I am feeling, I can always shift to where I want to be. Knowing what is possible and seeing so many people living in pain is heartbreaking. That has become a driving force for me again.  And that is why I am determined to start talking more about these things and also working with clients who are looking for help with strategies for their own lives.

When you help yourself first, you automatically help others because you are able to resonate a higher frequency of energy.
