Why I Love Energy Work

If you are in pain of any kind like I used to be all the time, especially with headaches and back pain, and you haven’t tried energy healing, you are really missing out. The body’s energy system can be put in a chaotic state for so many reasons. When it is out of alignment, something is bound to suffer. That means pain to you!
Somewhere around 1988, I discovered what is referred to as energy work, vibrational healing, energy psychology and a few other names. It changed my life.
I had hurt my lower back and suddenly went from being a very active nature and horse loving fanatic to hardly being able to walk. I had also had a long list of other “ailments” from as early as I could remember, never really knowing what it was like to just feel good. I spent thousands and thousands of dollars going to one medical doctor after the other, and traveling around the country to clinics that I thought offered hope. But nothing but medical bills was all it really amounted to.
Then one day I heard about a man doing some kind of weird thing where he worked with the body’s energy system, cleared energy blocks and had people going away with miraculous healing. I thought I had nothing to lose at that point.
I practically crawled into his office, aided by a friend and I walked out feeling like I was on top of the world.
He simply worked with different energy points on my back for about 3 hours. Then I got up feeling like a different person and was able to have what passed for a pretty normal life, compared to what I had been experiencing. And it lasted for quite a while.
That fascinated me and opened my mind and I began using and training in everything I could get my hands on that dealt with the body’s energy system.
And a funny thing happened. The older I got, the better I felt and it has continued to this day!
That’s why I’m a believer in vibrational healing!
I eventually figured out that I could incorporate it into my work with goals that I was doing on myself and then with clients. It really helps accelerate the goal work because it lowers stress and allows a person to stay in a state of coherence or peacefulness, the optimal state for working on goals. That is the state that allows you to work with your mind and heart to get them working with you instead of against you.
